Our specialised “detective software” tracks down documents, names, dates and facts in data sets of any size. The search engine works through every file: e-mails including attachments, photos, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint and scanned files.

Artificial intelligence
AI – but secure. For more than ten years.
We have been using artificial intelligence to analyse insolvency and company data for more than ten years, which makes us one of the pioneers in this field. Always in the secure form: without third-party cloud or AI services, compatible with professional secrecy under § 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) and the GDPR.

Sort first, then assess
An AI can only assess what it is given. Feeding millions of documents unfiltered into a language model is slow, expensive and, with client data, hardly justifiable in legal terms.
That is why AI starts where itsmt has done the groundwork: itsmt fishes out the potentially relevant documents, and an AI or a human assesses them – ideally both together. The AI suggests, the human decides, and every assessment can be traced back to the document.
Own AI, in-house only
itsmt comes with its own AI methods that run exclusively on our servers:
- Detection of junk images – pictures without content for the analysis that would otherwise burden text recognition and review
- Speech recognition: audio and video files become searchable text

The assessing AI runs on our own servers on our premises. You rent the computing power – the data do not leave our building.
AI on-premise
The assessing AI runs on your own hardware on your premises. We set it up and supply it with the preselection from itsmt.
Professional secrecy and data protection first. In Germany, lawyers and insolvency administrators may not simply pass client data on to outside services. Our AI needs no outside service: it runs with us or with you, never in someone else’s cloud – compatible with § 203 StGB and the GDPR.
